Description and target audience:
Our Unlocking Maximum Potential® workshop is a fully immersive, two-day experience for Millennial and Generation Z professionals from any organization and/or specialty. Its purpose is to provide them with the tools, knowledge, and key actions they need to understand the company's expectations, connect with their leaders, foster commitment with personal and organizational goals, and achieve visible, long-term results.
We help you connect with your personal purpose, with the role you play in the organization, with your leaders, and most importantly, we make you have a life experience that will help you know yourself, make the most out of your potential, get hung up on organizational goals, and in that way, multiply the training of the leaders of the future.
Deliverable(s):
The tangible deliverable of the workshop is the creation of a plan based on company´s needs.
Contents and learning techniques:
The contents of this workshop have been carefully designed based on real situations over more than a decade of work with high-performing teams, modern leadership theories and practices, research, data, current statistics, and experience in leading multicultural and multigenerational teams in the USA and Mexico, transforming organizational cultures, forming, and influencing high-leadership directive teams, managing ambiguity and complexity in markets and ideologies, and leading HR departments with world-class practices for several years.
Teaching techniques are focused on hands-on learning; from case analyses to ludic experiences in order to make people leave their comfort zones, going from testimonials to storytelling, modeling, and coaching, among other influence, teamwork, concentration, and information retention techniques, all results-oriented and emotionally connected with the individual. We can make you be truly transformed and obtain the tools and skills you need to become an exemplary leader.
A hands-on and interactive workshop aimed at Leaders that wish to enhance their leadership style with these new generations (mainly) in order to be recognized as leaders that Millennials/Gen Zers follow, admire, trust, and enjoy working with, which will result in improved engagement and productivity. This workshop also helps leaders improve their leadership style with all generations.
In this 4-hour lesson, leaders will acquire knowledge about generational conflict and specific needs, insights and tips will be provided on how to address said conflict with real-world examples analyzing world-class practices and a list of dos and don'ts for engaging and working with Millennials, Gen Zers and all generations. After this training, the leaders will be capable of recognizing the importance of rectifying leadership styles or apply new ones, modify certain behaviors, connect emotionally with their teams and influence in a way that accelerates results.
Coaching/Mentoring for Millennials or Gen Zers:
Individual Coaching or Mentoring sessions intended to enhance and/or boost specific skills or behaviors of a Millennial or Gen Zer within the organization. Our methodology is based on building trust and influence; as well as awareness and acceptance of the individuals' blind spots, detecting their root cause or trigger.
Additionally, transform or bring a strength or area of opportunity to a higher level with a structured process and plan that comprises six steps: Comprehend, Connect, Credit, Concretize, Change, and Cultivate.
Individual Coaching sessions for CEOs or high executives: Best known as Reverse Coaching, which intends to teach new forms to lead young talent and break paradigms in order to transform the executive into a better leader so that any person can enjoy working with him/her. Our process comprises six stages: Analyze, Discuss, Simulate, Evaluate, Apply, Transform.
Certification in the Gift Group® Methodology aimed at high-potential Millennials or personnel that have been carefully selected by their companies to convey and multiply our methodology with other Millennials/personnel within the organization.
This certification is valid solely for use within the same company. Gift Group® reserves all rights to the use of our methodology. It is forbidden to copy, replicate, and/or use said methodology in other companies as it is proprietary information of Gift Group Global LLC, which holds all legal rights to the use of such contents per the agreement between the Client and Gift Group Global LLC, Gift Group Americas S.C., and/or all its subsidiaries or affiliates.
High-impact certification aimed at Human Resources or talent attraction staff to develop the high-potential talent attraction strategy that best suits the company's culture.
Our certification will allow the participants to:
(1) obtain a differentiated employee value proposal (EVP) and its communication plan,
(2) acquire and/or develop the necessary influence and persuasion skills to attract young, high-potential talent,
(3) build a practical evaluation method for the key necessary factors that indicate a cultural fit with the organization,
(4) set in place a recruitment process that makes it possible to generate a unique and memorable experience in all candidates of the selection process, and
(5) design and standardize an alignment plan for all the above items that will enable the company's leaders and personnel that will interact with the candidates to speak the same language and ensure that the same message is conveyed.
